To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on dfnocai, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:
Upon completing the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other requested details — is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your Account profile promptly should any of this information change.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on dfnocai at any given time. If dfnocai determines that a Player has registered or is operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — dfnocai reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. All deposits to a dfnocai Account are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). A minimum deposit of RM10 applies across all methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
dfnocai does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dfnocai accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to the limits and procedures of that method. A minimum withdrawal amount of RM30 applies. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and, where applicable, satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dfnocai's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dfnocai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of expected winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; or system failures, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether or not dfnocai was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dfnocai's liability for: death or personal injury caused by dfnocai's gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
All content on the dfnocai Platform — including but not limited to the dfnocai brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dfnocai or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dfnocai.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by dfnocai is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
In summary, dfnocai collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not use it for purposes incompatible with those stated in our Privacy Policy.
dfnocai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
